    MP4000 curling corner

I have an MP 4000 that will curl one corner of a copy only in duplex mode. Checked fuser, finding nothing in the way. Checked exit unit above fuser, again nothing obvious in the path. This is not an actual hard crease fold, just a curl that becomes an issue at the finisher. This is the leading edge of the paper on the front side of machine. I am considering a web change, for the oiling properties, but any ideas would be welcome. Thanks.

    Re: MP4000 curling corner

The web won't fix a curling corner, don't change it unless it is due or near end. This could be as simple as the paper or the entrance guide of the finisher. Check the entrance guide first then try different paper( bring your own ).
