Hey fellow techs!
Had this issue today where the client couldn't access the web console of the Ricoh and they mentioned when you reboot (power cycle) its fine?
I had asked whether the client had made any changes to there network or if they have another machine doing the same thing? they said no, so I've got a an issue that comes and goes from time to time.
Hooked up my laptop to try to access the web console no luck (page can not be displayed)
I have updated the F/W.
checked SP mode log data nothing that relates to the controller
Checked NIC SP5895 its set to 1
Finally rebooted device all good up and running (but issue re occurs every 2 to 3 weeks)
Don't know what it could be any help would be appreciated.
