Ricoh 5613 fax

Hi guys, have you ever had a fax that does not show faxes that have been sent on the journal??
i have a customer who says the faxes that have gone are not always on the journal (some are) , but it shows on the journal the ones that have failed.

Any ideas

Check the bit switches to make sure that the device is set up to print a proper journal and not just an error report.
The bits to check should be in the User Tools section, not service mode. I don't have the manual on my laptop, but it should be available online.

Thanks, it is a proper journal and its happening when you print out a manual journal also, the only reason i could think of is, if the recieving fax has no csi set up (number and header)
