For those of you not interested in guessing, this is a Ricoh SP3400N printer.
Have you looked at the manual yet? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Really? I've never laid my eyes on one of these printers, yet I found this in about 6 seconds at Knowledge Base - Support Center | Ricoh-USA
Panel Indicator
Indicator patterns Cause All indicators are lit. There are problems with the printer. Check the printer status on the Smart Organizing Monitor dialog box.
After checking the printer status, turn off the main power, and then turn it back on again.
If all the indicators are still lit, contact your service representative.
Load Smart Organising Monitor for 3400 series onto the machine you print from and see if there is a particulair error message.
"See if you can rent a spring hook and a phillips screwdriver it will make your life that much easier..."
As neergish says, load Smart Organising Monitor (SOM), it'll probably be an error for the fuser which can be reset using the SOM.
