First of all, tell us what you're done to help yourself? Apparently, absolutely nothing.

SC400 has something to do with the ID-sensors (loose harness, defective/dirty ID-sensors). Take the ITB apart check all parts and clean everything and also check the ITB Drawer connections.

First, the LD 260C does not have a "conveter Bell". It does have an ITB. If you do not have a service manual for this machine, you most likely did not clean the ID sensors. The manual gives very specific step by step instructions for cleaning/replacing the ID sensors. If cleaning does not correct the error, then the ID sensors will need to be replaced.
