    Ricoh 5510l error 0302

    Hello, just wondering what this error is and how do I clear it? Thanks

    The 5510L is actually a FAX machine. If the error code 0302 is actually 3-02 (SG3 responce error), then you may have to replace the SG3 board or the FCU. If it is actually SC 302, replace the PCU. It has been a while since I have had to work on these but I seem to remember that they do display a 0 instead of SC before the service code number.

    thanks,for the response. I found it was an alarm code that was an hvt issue. On the drum unit the charge roller was out of position due a broken retainer clip, replaced the drum unit, problem fixed.
