    Hi Slim,

    Will do...btw, when duplexing a single copy, she jams on the second side before the transfer belt in a classic z-fold. Registration keeps driving but the transfer belt motor stops. What baffles us is the machine runs perfectly fine when running multiple duplex copies.

    Update...the IO, BCU and IPU have been replaced.......nothing! Our tech is now on suicide watch..........

    Have you checked the sensor targets? A sensor will only detect paper passing by reliably if it's target is clear of paper dust and other debris, after all.
