Yes, I think I've got one of these beginning to act up. Scan destinations stop working and I get SC codes in the background, mainly SC 991 and 997. What are the current firmware versions for this machine? Since I'm an independent tech, I don't have direct access to the firmware, but I may be able to get it from a Ricoh tech I used to work with. If it turns out to be the board, what are my warranty options since the machine was purchased in a different state? A little rambling I know, but any help is appreciated.

There is also an SD card available from Ricoh that flattens and re-initialises the portion of the controller memory without having to replace the controller. Might be worth a shot.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
