Well, Paul'll get it for you in exchange for some sort of payment that I take to be money, or you could try Ricoh.

    Why do you need it?

Well I thought it may fix a scanning to email issue. I dont't think though at this point it is the cause. (I have alot to learn about connectivity issues) Think the customer is going to call Ricoh... ugh

If it is scanning to email where the problem lies, then you most likely don't need firmware update. Find out if the customers email server requires SMTP over SSL. If they do, they need a newer MFP. Many ISP's block SMTP port 25 to stop the propagation of malware.

Or try scanning to the SMTP server of their ISP. Because they'll be on one of their ISP's connections, they'll probably allow all traffic through. This is the easiest answer to scanning to Office 365 too.

That is the type of problem. The ISP went in and made some changes to their system. Mainly changing the email password. I tried to change it on the copier but it did not fix the problem...

Not if the ISP requires secure authentication using SMTP over SSL. I have had lot of customers with AT&T as their ISP and older MFPs who cannot scan to email.

Quite possibly true. The only one that's caused me any issues is BT, mostly because they're shit. Fortunately I don't have to contend with AT&T in the UK, but everything that I've heard suggests that AT&T and BT are equally awkward.
