MPC4503 - Fax Unit not loadung

I have a problem with a new MPC4503. The customer wish to update the machine with a fax unit. I go to install them. I have a Fax Option Unit Type M4, but they will not work. No Button in the service menu, no button in the customer settings menu. When I click at the fax Button on the panel. The Machine will show "Loading.Please Wait". The Firmware ist up to date.
I have ordered a second complete Fax Unit and the same problem with it. The Fax will not work. Have anyone a good idea what I can check? Thank you

I want to suggest that you post a photo of the serial plate and a scan of the diagnostics report (the one with the firmware versions on it). You can blank out the serial number on both if you want to - i just want to check things on both.

The jumper should be set to "ON". After installing, Initialize the SRAM from fax sp
