    SC681 on Ricoh MPC2551 - Prod Code: D104/D106

    Good day everyone,

I have this sc 681 with sc730 with Reset fusing unit. So far, I took the whole internal finisher outside, replaced new fusing unit, new blk toner cartridge. It still showing these three error codes. But the main one is the SC681 is display on the LCD screen. I've tried SP5804 output checks and no motors will activate when press 'ON'. Has anyone seen these error codes?

    Thanks in advance.

What is the whole SC681 code? You may have a fault RFID board. For SC730 you can manually move the shift tray to its home position, this error mostly appears when a user places something underneath the tray.

thanks Ruben and Toner, yes this is an odd one. I took the whole Internal Finisher out of the machine. So right now, the machine is just a base model without a finisher but it still showing SC730 along with other 2 codes (SC681, "RESET FUSING UNIT ERROR').

        Thanks for the help again!
