Turn this one over to sales. These machines were toner pigs. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yes to the dirty charge roller. But why?

What I have found to usually be the cause is in the waste coil section of the pcu. Well, it's not really a coil, more like a bar with mylars attached to it. What happens is the mylar starts to come off at the ends which causes the bar to stop turning because the mylar catches against the frame of the waste removal area. Waste toner then backs up into the drum section which gets on the drum and charge roller.

If the loose ends of the mylar aren't too bad, you can trim off the corners of the mylar to return the waste removal bar to proper operation. This is only a short to mid-term solution, depending on copy volume, as more of the mylar will eventually come loose. Find a good used pcu and swap it out.
