    Post Aficio MP201SPF PCU

    Hi all,
Is any one else having problems with MP201SPF and MP301SPF PCU units leaking at the back after about 10-30k?
It usually starts with the customer reporting a loud noise and then being informed on the screen that the toner is depleted so they remove the toner bottle only to find it is still full.
The PCU is leaking from the back and the gears are all damaged therefor the PCU is not turning so gives a false toner message.
It also makes one hell of a mess of the machine.
    Thanks in advance.

The only problems I've had with these PCU's are SC500 calls and sometimes an overtoned PCU, but I've never seen damaged gears and extreme leaking of toner. Are you using the original toner or that aftermarket sh.t?
