On the PCL drivers for this model, there is a check box in Printing Preferences for "Ignore Application Collate".

Thank you guys for your input. I will try your suggestions and see if they work. I am pretty sure that every setting was set to a default but it doesn't hurt to look at them again just to make sure. Just by chance, do you think it could be a problem with the formatter / PWB??

    Thanks

If it were a board fault I'd more expect to see completely random output as opposed to just normal rotate sort. It'll be a silly driver setting somewhere, or something in user tools.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

So, to see if this is the issue, could one possibly take all the paper from other trays to see if one tray with one kind of paper will do the trick? Does this even make sense?

    Thanks

I tried reloading the driver, and tried different pc's still the same issue. The driver was retrieved from the OEM website (just an FYI) any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
    select printer as ricoh***

in print preferences settings please select paper trayas bypass tray .

then select paper size as A4 or your

I've had this happen, It was a driver issue. If you are using the PCL 6 try the PCL 5, or vise versa

This thread is 5 years old, your pic is not MP 2000, driver is Konica, and why would you use bypass.
