Thank you guys for your input. I will try your suggestions and see if they work. I am pretty sure that every setting was set to a default but it doesn't hurt to look at them again just to make sure. Just by chance, do you think it could be a problem with the formatter / PWB??

If it were a board fault I'd more expect to see completely random output as opposed to just normal rotate sort. It'll be a silly driver setting somewhere, or something in user tools.

select printer as ricoh***
in print preferences settings please select paper trayas bypass tray .
then select paper size as A4 or your
paper size
open the bypass tray and insert paper
then print
have you checked the PAGE properties in the FILE? could have that definition in the file properties
I've had this happen, It was a driver issue. If you are using the PCL 6 try the PCL 5, or vise versa

This thread is 5 years old, your pic is not MP 2000, driver is Konica, and why would you use bypass.
