Have MP C4500 is a little dark. how do I lighten it up? Do I use SP3 011 or SP4 918. Did 'Color registration' no change.

Dark how? Have you ACC'd it / run process control / line position adjustment?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

If it is prints, have you correctly calibrated your monitor to match the CMYK of the machine? Also, this is a photocopier, not a production printer; colour variation is to be expected.
Have service manual. have not ACC'd it or ran Process Control.
That'd be the first steps. Process control, line position adjustment then ACC on copier and printer functions.
