mp w5100 wide format

this one is tripping a sc406 error. just did a full pm with drum and developer lasted 2 weeks then customer called with washed out copies. I can tone it up but still not bold enough. I can run 5 prints and it trips the code. ideas appreciated. thanks t

Check the id sensor . Is the toner density too high?
