Ok my friend ... I know what ALL means ...
If I'm asking is because there is a strong reason for this.
I have hundreds of machines installed yet have a customized system/copy firmware...
This is the reason... Thats way I insist on asking what the firmware fixes the problem.
    But ... thanks anyway ...

    Hi there!
I know it take´s lot of time, but it´s very, very important to update all the fw. On the german RICOH-side there are warnings at the fw-datas, saying that this part of the fw only working with the newest part of this fw (system/copy for example) otherwise you´re in deep trouble. Fastest way is to install the package-fw (newest version is F). This is possible when the sys/copy-fw is K or higher! Hope this helps.
    Greetings...

    Hi there!

Seems like the solution is in the rollers of the exit unit.
Latest news, change the exit rollers for the new exit unit rollers of the New device Corona to prevent the curling issue.
I Already have 1 device in a test environment and at the first look seems to work...

which rollers? there are a couple different rollers in the exit unit. I've had the same issue, but if we disconnect the finisher the curling goes away. Also we put a brand new finisher on and it would work fine.

Upgrade customer to an '04' series they have an anti curling bar built into the fuser!

This just shows that Ricoh were aware the '03' had this issue & addressed it!

Or a simple instant fix is simply using thicker paper, yes the customer will complain that 90/100gsm paper is more expensive but a good engineer will be able to explain the advantages.
