You're not going to fix Ricoh LD motors like this.i repaired ever laser unit this way - both HP LJ printers
I think yours laser sync boards have an oil coating on them. (maybe an oil coating with a little toner mud on top)

You never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it.

check the front door switches 1 mounted top right corner the other bottom left corner the ones to check are the ones with three wires on them as they are both in the laser circuit.
also perform dpi beam adjustments and make sure all cables are connected properly and are not trapped .
yup.try change all door font/right swithches especially those 3 right above the fusing unit.usually it can solved the problem
I've also seen the three door switches cause the same thing. The three switches on the right side of the machine.
Hi.
What is the best solution with this problem?
because I probe the others but the solution is temporaly.
Thanks.
The door switches can cause this problem, particularly those above the fuser. However, I've also had the laser sync detector board (the small board at the rear of the laser unit) P/No A2935310 go on them and cause this fault.
Having said that, having 8 machies doing the same thing is verging on the impossible - try upgrading them all with something totally different, like tracing paper and a sturdy HB pencil.
Here's a link to one of my previous posts...see if it works for you:
