    Hi there!
Is it the new OEM-developer you´re using? If you take the type 28 it´s no wonder.
    Greetings...

Which dev are you installing on first startup? B1219645 (dev28) or B1589645?

The latter is the correct one as it uses different toner to the previous models.

He asked which OEM developer, by part number, did you use! Type 28 part number B1219645 or the correct developer part number B1589645! Also just because an item may say OEM on it does not mean that it is OEM for the machine your are using. If you did not order it from Ricoh, it might not be Genuine Ricoh.

B1219640 is an older dev. It was replaced by the "45" dev = dev 28 around when the mp2000 was launched. It also, according to our price list, costs more for the older dev, even though the volume is the same.

    Highly doubtful

    Are you sure?

    As per Ricoh B1219640 for MP1600/MP1800...etc ( product name kir c3 / kir c3.5..... )

    and

    D1589640 for MP2001L / MP2501L .....etc ( product name kir c4 ....)

It is impossible OEM developer number digits ending with "9645"
