Thanks for that last PM Toroto, I knew there would be a 'back door/secret' SP mode.
I didnt think the printers would be any different to the MFP's.

Ok I don't know if I need glasses or my manual is playing tricks on me. I need to grab a Logging Data for a claim on a 320DN and I cannot remember for the life of me how to enter normal SP mode.. Is it press and hold the up and down arrow then press esc?

Senior techs out on an install at the moment so can't ask him and I haven't worked on a desktop for well over a year. (apart from MP 171 etc.)

please help a brother out.

I think you hold the up/down arrows for a slow 6 count and then press ok.
