    machine keeps asking for toner and runs continuosly any ideas have changed developer replaced toner sensor toner sensor .toner clutch/motor working ,cartridge is rotating

      Dev paddle and mag roller drive gears do fail on this model, might be time for a new lower dev unit.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

          The mylars fall off the inside of the toner supply unit causing this issue.
