    After struggling a few hours on this damn engine I managed to be correct copies by changing the factory came with my new laser values​​!

    yes that's what Ricoh calls the SMode settings sheet for the machine.. it used to be stored under an inner cover on the front side of the machine..

    it IS actually called the " Birth Certificate "

    In other words you actually followed the service manual directions for replacing the laser diode unit. That must have been a radical concept for you.
