Hi, All. I have a M026 that interleaved an incoming fax and print job when they were occurring simultaneously. Print priority is set to Job order and firmware is up to date. Anyone see this before?

NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING
In some software enviroments print jobs that seem multi-page are actually generated as single pages - in this case there's no chance for the MFP to detect the proper job-end.
MS Office prints that way.
If you ask for 5 copies of a Word doc, it's 5 separate jobs.
AFAIK, all products in the suite behave the same way, although the only other one I can verify is Excel.

Check the Printing Preferences in the driver settings. If Ignore Application Collate is not checked the software will send the document the document x number of time where x is the number of copies wanted. If it is checked, the software should send the document once with instructions to print it collated x number of times.
Are you setting the print driver to LPR with the queue as lp?
Sending print jobs as raw goes to memory where the fax option sends the print.
Setting LPR sends print jobs to the HDD as a spool and waits till memory is clear before printing.
Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?
