Ricoh MP 7502 Web Maintenance question

We've got a customer that inherited a Ricoh MP 7502 MFP and we don't service Ricoh machine. This machine has a maintenance message on it that say something to the effect of Maintenance Required replace web. I'm assuming it's talking about the fuser web. Does anyone know if this can be reset or does the web actually need replaced? I told this customer I would try to find out for them.
    Thanks!

If the MP 7502 is displaying the message but can still be used, the percentage of web used has exceeded 92% or the web count in the PM settings has been exceeded. If it is displaying the message and the machine cannot be used, the web has either torn or ran completely out. In either case, maintenance service on the fusing unit needs to be done. You will need a PM kit and a service manual.

darn it slimslob you beat me to it!!!!!!!!!!

You can reset the web counter, with SP 1902 web consumption counter. However if it has ran completely out you will have to replace it and reset the counter...

Ok I figured that was the case but it never hurts to ask. Some of the equipment we service will continue to work for thousands of copies with the message on and some stop immediately. I'll let them know.
    Thanks again!

If the web runs out past the rating it will code.
Set the ratio under the same 1902 code to 95%.
    Default is something like 85.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

It won't code until the web runs completely out. The percentage in 1902-001 is the point at which it will display that it needs to be replaced. Depending on the model the default is either 80, 85, or 92. Most 700K fusing PM cycle machines are set to 92. Most 300K PM cycle machines are set to 80 or 85. Give a little time to contact service to have it replaced before it run out.
