So now you're saying that all (or most) of the PC's on the network are having this issue when printing to the C2003 as well as several other printers/MFD's on the network?

Sure sounds like it must be some sort of network issue to me.

What about a laptop connected directly to any of these machines?
I'm betting there wouldn't be a problem.

X2, Never automatically assume it's the mfp when encountering weird print issues, they may very well have upgraded all of their pc's with a new version of software - be it Adobe or something else. The first and easiest step should always be to try and duplicate the problem with your laptop connected directly to it (using their documents if possible). If it works fine with your laptop then the ball is in their court and you can discuss network support fees if they don't want to resolve it themselves.

X2, Never automatically assume it's the mfp when encountering weird print issues. The first and easiest step should always be to try and duplicate the problem with your laptop connected directly to it (using their documents if possible). If it works fine with your laptop then the ball is in their court and you can discuss network support fees if they don't want to resolve it themselves.
