    Any ideas?

    Thanks all!

Try following. Push in the right hand duplex cover slightly and hold. Do a duplex copy. If it works the duplex gear is not proper engaging to the clutch. Could be the duplex cover hooks worn out. Hope this helps.

When you open the right hand door, you will see a light blue gear. Turn that by hand and make sure it is doing it's job and not just uselessly spinning on the shaft it is mounted on.

    Hi there!
Had this issue 3 times in 2 years, and allways it was a hard-going drive. Clean the part at the red arrow with very fine sandpaper & apply a little bit oil, then it should run again.
    Hope this helps.
    Greetings...

Another thing to check is the "swing gear" that drives the blue gear referred to earlier.

If you look into the right door opening from the front of the machine, it is a white gear with a metal spring plate behind it, that sits on the rear frame of the machine next to the pcu. This gear drives the duplex shaft in the right door.

There should be about a 3 to 4mm gap between the gear and the black frame around it. If you cannot see part of the metal spring plate (that is in a "U" shape behind the gear assembly) then you need to grab a sharpnose pliers, and grab hold of the "U" part of the spring plate and give it a pinch, so that the gear stand more towards the right door.

Once you have done this, press on the gear assembly to ensure that it still can swivel back into its place and is not stuck.

Also, take this gear off the shaft and clean the one-way bearing inside it with a rag + alcohol. They get gunked up VERY easily.
