RICOH MP6001SP How do i reset fuser error codes?

Hi all i would appriciate your help with this,

MP6001SP has had a fuser rebuild however is displaying error codes such as SC555 and SC542 how can i reset the error codes and also what could my overall problem be?
taking into account that the thermistors are brand new and have been reseated multiple times

Enter SP mode, do SP5810, then turn the power switch off/on.

Thanks for the swift reply however i do not have that code in my sp menu, so i am starting to get slightly confused

I think this version of the "Martini" has no 5-810-code. Enter the service-mode then switch machine off, then on.

Thank you for the relpy, i am still unable to clear the SC542 ERROR, however thanks for the help

Did you check:
􀂃 Fusing lamp disconnected
􀂃 Thermistor warped, out of position
􀂃 Thermostat not operating

The stubborn 542 will probably be a blown thermostat. When you've cleared the code, change SP 1103-003 to 240. That will help false 542/552 detections.

Hi there some ricoh products you may clear the sc code with 5-810 and others with 7-807 which is sc/jam counter reset.
No1 is the sc542 is the thermostat which is faulty
No2 the sc555 is the thermistor bracket that is sitting a bit to far way to allow the thermistors to remain in contact with the hot roller. This has resolved my issues on this model.
