    http 404 when using web image monitor

    hello guys,

    am trying to figure out whats the problem with a ricoh mp3350 ,it can print but its failing to scan because the address book has been wiped out . in an attempt to restore it via web image i get error http 404 , i have formatted the hard disk but no change ,what could be the problem ,please i need help

    Perhaps a firewall or wrong IP v4 details. Try Firefox too. Connect you laptop and try it that way.

    Update the firmware, the attachment references the netfile firmware but the web support firmware was called out on another model for 404 error after the address book was 'cancelled'. So I would suggest doing it all.

    Check the setting of SP 5828-091 and the bit switch settings in SP 5848.

    Ah, good find teebee, I'd bet this will fix it. I hope the poster gets back to us with the final fix.

    Hello, check if you have access range you can check print config page and check if you have access range.

    If sp 5985 is set to "2" for the NIC, you can print only, no WIM or scanning............
