    If it's a ghost image it may be time for a fuser rebuild. A little more info would be good.

    Offsetting with these machines can occur in the fusing unit and the PCU. The hot roller and the drum are very close in diameter. If there is a toner film built up on the hot roller it is time to rebuild the fusing unit. If it is past the recommended copy count for the PCU, replace it. Even if the PCU has not reached the recommended count for replacement, it could still need to be replaced if the machine gets very light usage. The cleaning blade will soften and not fully clean the drum.
