No it doesnt. The machine shows the SC 745 you press the exit button and works fine, but when you press staple shows again the error!!!
Is an SR841 not too old to be paired to a 7001? Has it always been connected to this machine?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.
I am not sure about that, but i have to say that the machine was working fine with this sorter until now.......
am i m reading this right
are you getting sc 745 or sc 841???
ve had some staple units give me wierd stuff over the years, swapped them out but
if it sc 745 it should be something you can check by swapping out and confirming everything is where it should be..
Feed-Out Belt Motor Error (D373/B830)
745 D The stack feed-out belt HP sensor does not activate within the specified time
after the stack feed-out belt motor turns on. The 1st detection failure causes
a jam error, and the 2nd failure causes this SC code.

And yes it was the stack feed-out belt HP sensor it was broken, because the sorter was a booklet there was no optical access i had to remove a lot to see it!!!!
Thank you all guys!!!!
