Aficio 3035, A3 pdf printing issues (PCL)

Hi, when i'm printing technical drawings from pdf on A3 paper (even one page), machine sometimes starts printing random characters on the whole page and does not stop until it runs out of paper! When printing A4 everything is fine. I'm running on PCL driver on Win XP. Coluld it be a matter of memory, firmware or something else?

You kan also choose, print as image for thoose tricky pdf's
