Can anyone guide me on how to change some settings on this machine. The customer has 8 1/2 x 14 faxes coming in and it prints them on 2 pages. Is there a setting to auto reduce them to 1 page. any help would be appreciated.

Set the proper bit switches in Fax SP mode:
