Pins on RFID board are easily bent on this model. Either that or (god forbid) the toner pump is on it's way out.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Thereīs a new RTB about this problem, but the 1. thing i will look at, is the bottle. When the customer inserts the bottle not probably itīs possible that its not fully open.
If the pins are bent the toner will not be noticed.
Then, the coil of the toner-hopper can brake.
The newest one is that the seal beetween the hopper & the pcdu slips and reduces the amount of toner beeing transported.
Pcdu is changed also.

You guys are going love ripping out that toner hopper supply ass'y to cut away those seals and check the sub hopper coils.
