    Aficio 240w problem

    Hi all...

The machine is showing a ID sensor pattern on almost each print, even when Toner Supply Mode is set to Fix.

    Thanks

Please attach a sample of the marks that you are talking about as the machine does not normally do a pattern every copy. My guess is that you have a bad drum.

Was the machine moved recently? There is a cleaning blade "park" lever below the drum (right hand side) of the frame.

If it was not set in the correct direction, the cleaning blade does not touch the drum and you will get repeat prints (ghosting).
    Press the GREEN button!!
