    Reset the nic.
Sounds like someone activated the Access Control to limit the ip range to access it.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Have you tried flushing the memory with telnet?

I had a similar issue on a different machine.
I enabled telnet client on my computer then typed the letter 'o' 'space' 'ipofmachine'
It then prompts for username and password. This will be your usual admin password for WIM.
use command 'access flush' to flush the access control and it got me up and running.

    Hope this helps.

The easiest and quickest method in that case is to perform all memory clear.

    0. Print SMC data 5-990
    1. Update every firmware module
    2. Preform all memory clear 5-801
    3. Reinitialize deweloper (2-801 ??? - I do not remeber exactly)
    4. Rewrite registration settings according to SMC data
