MPC 305 & PB 1050 - sc502

Hi there!
Machine is since 3 weeks at the customer and shows sc502. OK, there´s a new FW (D5735500c bank1 or 2). Load up the FW - nothing. After opening the rear cover of the PB 1050 i thought i´m in the wrong movie: the cover #D5731091 was bent upwards at the paperliftmotor because they mounted in the workshop a wrong (much too long!) positioning-pin on the copier-desk. Therefore the motor killed itsself and the pwb of the PB 1050. Installed a new motor & board - running again. So look what the guys in the workshop are doing!!!

The same problem I have had - motor and board swapped - runs.
After three weeks board again broken!
Someone has also had such errors?
Please help me.

Hi there!
If there´s no problem with wrong mounted positioning-pins, take a look at the bulletin RD117056b. This may happen with the old liftsystem too.

thank you, spring is OK but gone kaput board after 3 weeks again
