    notifications

    Hi

    can you set a ricoh machine to email meter reading notifications ?? cant seem to see it in the notification set up

    No.
    You can do this with Web SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin, Device Manager NX or another software.

    Depending on the model you could set up @Remote, but you will need to obtain an authorisation code from Ricoh to do so, that is all I know, we use it but I've never set it up myself.

    3rd party software like FM Audit can do this but it requires installation of the monitoring software on a server at the service center site and installing the client software on a customer pc.

    I think there is no dedicated meter reading report machine-wise you can schedule every x days/weeks/month. But you might have a workaround if you enable mail reports for e.g. "toner low/end" conditions or something like that (in case the report does include the counter).
