MPC2050 adf not working

Hi all,
just bring back to life an MPC 2050, now the next issue: the ardf cannot detect the original documenti in place.
Just performend a few SP tables and i check all sensor are working, all motors are working (they turn on in sp modes) but when i place an original into ardf the copier make a glass copy.
The little leveler on the top tray is the only sensor that tells the machine the original is on the adf or there is another one?

I would be looking at the sensors that detect if the DF is in the closed position, it won't feed an original if it thinks the DF is raised

Check the Feeler/Flag (on the bottom of the Feeder near the left hinge). If that does not make the switch on the mainframe you will never get it to see the originals in the feeder. I have seen that black flag broken and knocked out of position (it has a spring attached to it inside the back feeder cover.
