well i got everything running again.
turned out to be the sc202 error wth both the polymotor and BICU needing replacing.
i culd not read dead display wth flashlite and IT guy gave me the wrong ip address
but after messing around on customer laptop i found it and got the sc202 code in WIM.
    THNS TO ALL.
does the new polymotor have a different part number?
    thnx

I fix BICU board in same way.
I made a schematic diagram of BICU. This helps to understand how +24V redistribute through BICU board and what will happen if it short to ground (SC202).

A faulty driver IC on the polygon motor PCB can either blow a fuse-resistor on the BICU pcb or just somewhat messing with the BICU power circuit - in both cases - as a side effect - the panel remains dark. From my experience in 4 of 5 cases that little fuse on the BICU is defective.
