can not access web image

i have problem with mp5001

all connection is done with this device and its working properly when i send job by network

but i can not access to devise by web image monitor

is theirs any sp mode can i do to solve this problem

You can't access at all or just have a problem with the log in? Did anyone messed with the SP mode recently? Perhaps you try and print a non default SP page and compare with a healthy machine.

Check SP 5985-001. If it is set to 2, change it to 1.
