Latest Firmware Available for Ricoh MP6001

Recently migrated our file server from server 2003 to server 2012r2. Now my end users cannot scan to network from the ricoh copier. Did some research on this and had the copy service tech come out and update the firmware on the copier however im still having the problem. I have a feeling that this ricoh doesnt support smb v3. Has anyone else seen this with their ricoh copier? I have double checked the permissions and they are fine. Can anyone tell me what the latest firmware version for this ricoh model should be?

So I just checked my ricoh copiers settings and it looks like network support firmware is 8.66 and system copy is at 1.25. I just had the service tech out to update the firmware...is it possible that it was overlooked?

The system firmware is the latest release(August 2014) but the 8.66 network firmware was released in April 2010. You'll definately need the network firmware updated for server 2012 scanning.

Much appreciated!!! I will reach out to my copier dealer and have them come back out to do the firmware update. Heres hoping this fixes my scan to folder issues.

your vender may need to install custom network frimwar for this scanning issue. Early on Ricoh had released custom network frimwar for this issue..............

Does anyone have the firmware version 8.75 for the scanning issue on the MP 6001? We are a Konica dealer but have a customer with a few Ricoh MP 6001 that we service. Any help would be much appreciated.

Ricoh firmware is only available to TRAINED Ricoh techs

then why are you asking here? IF he is a trained tech he should have access to ANYTHING Ricoh.
