I would take the side covers off so i can see if there is a drum slip/stall issue. Also keep in mind that these have a waste toner bottle on the one side of it, that has an actuator that "vibrates" the bottle so that the toner remains even inside. This can also cause "weird" noises in the machine, that happens at odd times.
From your photos it looks like there is either drum or paper stall taking place. It does not seem to take place long enough for the machine to relise a jam condition, but long enough to upset the print image.
Press the GREEN button!!
Remove the drum unit and clean the wast toner recycle coil and check the around parts
UPDATE
i went to see about that problem that came back after a while of cleaning the fuser cleaning roller
what i noticed is this :
when i make copy on the machine it doesn't only produce black mark it also ignore about 5 cm of the scanned copy and in that part it makes the black mark
when i make a blank copy it doesn't produce anything !
before the copy end i hear a weird sound like something stop rolling
at this time all the copies i made came out from the bottom output
i tried top output and everything went very well !
i appreciate any suggestions to solve this problem .
hi Vollegaaz , you was right it's the cutting knife ,
my company called a ricoh technician and after he inspected the drum , the developer and the fuser ... it's been three rough days but with no solution
i suggested your solution you posted here many times but nobody was listening until today they found what you already told me two months ago thank you very much
Glad you got it fixed, and thanks for the update. I'll keep an eye out for that one.
NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING
It's clearly a compression blur, like you might get if the paper stopped briefly, and the drum continued to turn. A knife problem makes perfect sense. Further, I'd bet that the defect is always a specific distance from the trail edge of the print, and primarily affects wider paper widths.
Congratulations. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
