MPC 4500 jamming issue

Hello, I have an mpc 4500 that keeps jamming near the fuser area and sometimes in the fuser. There is no error codes with the jams. All the pick-up / separation rollers are good. I have checked all the sensors around the fuser area and also the fuser and decoder. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi there!
Jam on all trays or a special one. Because it´s an older model, you change the complete unit or disassemble it & clean it.
Second idea: is the correct PTR mounted? Had this some years ago: 1 print/copy - OK; multi-print/copy - NG. Mounted was the PTR from a MPC 2500, which has slightly another diameter.

Check the paper exit unit the bearings on the shafts can seize up after time causing intermittent fuser / exit Jams

Check the SMC data log. If there is no plotter jam history, check the total for jam at power on. A door being opened and closed while paper is moving through will cause a jam at power on. Usually it is a bad door switch. If it has a finisher, replace the door switches on the bridge unit.
