Ricoh Aficio 1045 z folding issue

Hi guys, working on a Ricoh Aficio 1045 with an LCT RT36 on the side and hanging finisher, customer is having z folding issues appear from "LCT only" I replaced 2 magnetic clutches at LCT unit, any ideas, it would be much appreciated.

Replace the registration clutch and both vertical transport clutches. While you are in there, you might consider the paper feed clutches for the trays too. They get sticky and don't engage / disengage at the appropriate times leading to a Z-fold issue.
