    Sc720-35 on MP8100 - D179 series

Hello, i'd lke to find out if anyone has better fixes for this common and troublesome issue on the Finishers of the Pro 8100 series.
I've removed, cleaned and lubed the Press Plate Assembly. I've replaced the Stapler assy. Have inspected the End fences (the Silver hooks that hold the paper when stapling) and reformed them if bent. Adjusted these fences front + back so that they're even.
Any rail thats visible i've cleaned and lubed to remove binding.
Finisher Firmware upgraded and current - version M.
But the problem keeps happening, i cant think of what to try next.
Finally, I did actually remove the front and rear press plates - the black tappers i call them - and didnt put them back, i'll watch to see what happens.
This is not a fix, i just want to see what this does for the SC720-35.
Here's a picture of the parts i removed temporarily - see below.
Any help, ideas, tips etc etc will be very much appreciated.

How did this work out? We are still seeing this error code even with the updated vibration plate assembly...

No more issues and I removed these 2 vibrating plates 2 YEARS AGO.
I do have to mention that since then there may be Firmware for the copier and/or the Finisher to address this issue, they may have changed the timing to reduce binding when the vibrating plates, stapler and end fences are so so close to each other.
I haven't upgraded yet, its working fine, I'm happy as it is!!
