Okey guys, tuesday i get finaly time to get seriosly this case. With those good advices i get here, i take my laptop and go to do some test. I
change the scanning resolutions higher and lower and finaly, YES, i get it scan sometimes without error! So the speed of scanner have something to do with this problem!
That open my eyes, could this still bee the mechanical problem?

Today i go back, scanner motor with me, change it and YES!, that do the trick! Scanning works great from 100 to 600 dpi!

Now, when problem is resolved, i may say that i didn't see the forest for the trees. I was noobie with this case, but i'm glad, that make me learn something new again!

So guys, thanks to every one who help me here with this case!
Maby someday i could do same to someone!

Hi, I have problem with scan document in format A4 (letter), the document is cut in half, the lower part is missing. I tried everything, every setup and still nothing.

Tell us a bit more, What machine? Scan to folder, mail or twain? A4 and Letter are 2 different paper sizes.
