Cool MPC 1500 SP - Sc573

Hi Guys,

we had this machine with this error code. It's about Humidity and Temperature sensor. We replaced sensor, machine worked for a day but after the machine stopped again, same error.

We brought into our lab and the machine was on line again (without any sensor replacement). Tested for a day was ok. But in the second day it's hanged again..

We have very high temperature here in sicily now, and air conditioners work a lot... do you know something about "temperature warnings" or improving sensors "stability".

thanks

Vincenzo

OK you may have transport belt thermistor bad, check it first, then you can fiddle around with SP 1 017 1 to 6, but backup old values to SD card or print SMC please e carefull, rememer these are factory set values that should not be changed, but if you donīt try you will never know the cause of that SC

Do you know where I should check SMC information about this problem?
Thanks.

Listen, the SMC holds only SCs codes (last ten) and all jam locations and all the machines factory setting for a good hardware, software relationship, ID, TD, registration, erase, firmware versions and so on, endless, this is just to give you a idea. The SMC does not tell you what the problem is, but you can check all your machines SP settings, if they are standard factory or if they have been changed. the SMC is your machines ID card.
