    Yes it has 2 different finishers and it does it with either one hooked to it.

    No the print quality is excellent. It just stops printing but the copier thinks it still is. If I reboot copier it will work again for a while, then it will do it again.

    Is your Drum in it´s life time limit, maybe the machine is trying to process control it self and it stops, our machines do this, if you didn´t know?

    Had one calling codes, rebooting and losing time once the drum shaft and earth cleaned up all was good again.
    But like you say best to start with the drum and pro con senstive parts to see if they are ok.

    Hello i had a problem similar to your's and it turned out to be bad HDD's they are connected as an "assy" with to disks and depending on what file i was printing/copying it Froze in Copying,i tried Print /Copying /Document server.After new HDD assy it worke'd fine.

    You said you already replaced the hdd.Did you replaced both hdd.If not.Its a standard procedure when replacing hdd to replace both hdd.
