I have tested already and the only way it jammed en logged this code ('at power on) is when i open one of the covers while its printing . So i think there is maybe a problem with one off the door switches ....
The machine is equipped with the ps , bridge unit and a booklet finisher .
Somebody suggestions ?!!! I realy hope someone can help me about this weird problem ,

I've had this issue several times. While it is an issue with the bridge unit interlock switch, replacing it probably won't solve it. The problem is too much play between the access cover and the switch (vibration while copying will cause momentary deactuation of switch). Your best solution is to add a shim to the actuator pin on the cover that contacts the switch to ensure positive contact. I actually use rubber cushions that are used on scanner guide plates, part #G4042715. You can probably use just about anything thin, solid and small enough. Just superglue it to the molded actuator above the switch.
I have also heard that the paper exit overflow feeler (not on the bridge unit) - the one that folds away when you fit the bridge unit snags the bridge unit cover, preventing it from closing fully.
This can be removed as it is not used on a machine with bridge unit.

This is one that I have heard about - not tried it or tested it yet - so might be completely wrong
It is almost certainly a door switch, so start at the bridge unit and keep looking until you find the one that stops it. You could fiddle with the covers a little while to see which one. Or, replace them all and be done with it. Your choice.
It has to be something else. We have swapped all the sensors, checked the overflow feeler .The only thing that we havent changed are the controll pcb and electric engine on the BU3000.
tested with shims on the activating knobs no difference.
So back to square Zero
Update,
i've 2 machines with the same problem in one week , i replaced the both sensors with new ones and it seems to be ok for about 2 months now.
When i open the old switches , there is a lot of grease in it , in one off the 2 switches more than the other one, i think thats the problem ....
