I've set it up once about a year ago. You can direct the machine to report to a chosen server/destination or, using the pc client software you can log into the machine remotely and see the data. Unfortunately I lost interest in @remote shortly after that. Seemed real promising as you could clear most codes remotely and see alot of helpful info.
